REPLACING MY BEARINGS UNDER WARRANTY
If you are the original owner of the bike and want to make a claim under the lifetime pivot bearing warranty, please contact the Whyte dealer where you purchased the bike. They will check that you are the original owner and make sure that the bearings have not been abused i.e. cleaned with detergent or jet washed. Fitting these bearings requires specific tools that your local Whyte dealer will have.
Please note that some original documentation that went out with eBike and mechanical full suspension bikes, contained a typo that mistakenly made reference to “6802” bearings being used for the pivots and linkages. The correct reference number should be “3802” bearings throughout.
If you aren't the original owner you can purchase bearings here OLDER VERSIONS / CURRENT VERSION
