Bikes purchased from our website are shipped from Whyte’s UK warehouse, for assembly and collection from participating Whyte dealers. Bikes cannot be ordered directly to customers home or work addresses.

  1. Visit the desired bike page, check our sizing guide and add the preferred size bike to the basket.
  2. On the checkout page you'll be presented with a 'Whyte Dealer Collection' option and following image will appear.
  3. Search for your preferred Whyte dealer from a list of participating Whyte dealers across the UK by entering your town/city or postcode. 
  4. Fill in the remaining details of the form including your full name, phone number and billing address. 
  5. Select a payment method and complete the required fields.
  6. Double check your entries and when you’re satisfied, click ‘Confirm & Pay Now’.
  7. When complete you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.


Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a ‘Whyte Bike Dispatched’ confirmation email. This email informs you that the bike has left our premises and will shortly arrive with your selected Whyte dealer. Once received the Whyte dealer will perform a Pre-Delivery Inspection and make the bike safe and ready for use. 



When your bike is ready for collection, we will send you a ‘Whyte Bike Ready For Collection’ email. You will not be able to collect your bike until you have received this email.

To collect your bike, you will need the following:

  • Email – A copy of the ‘Whyte Bike Ready For Collection Email’ on your phone/device or printed
  • ID - A current UK or EU photocard driving license or passport.
  • Proof of payment - This is dependent upon which payment method you have used.

For credit/debit card - The payment card must be shown upon collection.

For PayPal and V12 Finance- Proof of your current address must be shown upon collection. This address must match that which appears on your PayPal account or V12 application. Acceptable documents include - recent household utility bill, bank, building society or credit card statement (less than 3 months old) or a current Local authority tax bill are all acceptable documents. Please note a mobile phone bill is not acceptable as proof of address.

For V12 Finance – in addition to your proof of address you will need to show your V12 application reference number- The 7-digit number from your v12 confirmation email.

Please note - only the person whose name appears on the transaction will be able to collect the bike.



When you arrive at your chosen Whyte dealer, you will be asked to present the documents mentioned above. Aside from this you will be asked to sign a 'Handover Collection Form'. Signing this form confirms you are happy with the bike, its condition and its setup. The Whyte dealer will then sign the same form and this will serve as confirmation that you have collected the bike.



Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy throughout this website. However, we do respectfully reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update bike specifications, features, prices and colours without prior notice.



If a bike is ordered prior to 2pm on a week day, then the bike should be dispatched same day. Delivery to the Whyte dealer usually takes 1 working day. The whole process from ordering to collection takes 4-5 working days on average. Please note – orders placed on a weekend or national holiday will not be processed until the next working day.



If a bike is currently out of stock at our premises, then it may still be available through pre-order. Shown next to the product will be a pre-order button along with an estimated date of arrival for that specific bike. Every effort is made to ensure that this date is correct, however it is still subject to change. If you pre-order a bike then all the other 'click & collect' steps will apply. In addition you will receive a 'pre-order' email which will state that your order has been placed onto our priority list and will remind the customer of the estimated date. Unless that date changes more than a few days, you will next be contacted when the bike is dispatched. Pre-orders can be made regardless of the payment method. 


Purchasing a bike using our Click and Collect service automatically registers your bike for the extended 4-year frame warranty.

If your order contains a BIKEthen any other items in the order will be tied to the same delivery which must be collected from your local participating Whyte dealer when collecting the bike - orders cannot be split.  If you have ordered accessories that you would like fitted to your new bike before collection, you must discuss this with the participating Whyte dealer, as an additional charge may be incurred for labour costs involved in the fitting.



  1. Any order that does not contain a bike can only be delivered to a personal or work address.

  3. Simply select the desired item/s and complete the process of filling in the delivery address, billing address and payment. 



Payment is made when the order is confirmed, before the goods are dispatched to the Collection Point Whyte retailer or to your home/work address. Payment can be made by UK Credit Card, UK Debit Card, PayPal or V12 Finance.

The V12 Finance options differ depending upon price range and date of release of our bikes. Please see the finance options on the bike pages to see what options are available.  V12 deposits are paid as part of the application process and payment is taken immediately. The payment of the monthly instalments is triggered by V12 when the bike has been collected from your chosen Whyte dealer.



Accessories and clothing are generally dispatched same day if ordered before 2PM. Depending upon the size and weight of the product/s they will be delivered using either Royal Mail First Class or DPD local. 


Available at the checkout is a next day signed for service. This service is charged at a flat rate of £6. Depending upon the size and weight of the product/s they will be delivered using either Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (items guaranteed before 1PM) or DPD Courier Next Working Day Delivery. Please note orders placed on weekends will not be processed until the next working day. 


Whyte has a number of authorised Whyte distributors covering over 20 countries. For a full list click HERE. Currently we only deliver to European countries that aren't covered by an authorised Whyte distributor. Deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £6. Depending upon the size and weight of the product/s they will be delivered using either Royal Mail or DPD. Deliveries take 12 days on average.


We are unable to provide a fast delivery service on the following items if ordered /processed on a Friday. This is due to the additional costs involved with DPD Local and their Saturday delivery service. The items include- Bike Bags, Drop It Seatpost, Mudguards, Panzer rim protection & Carbon or Alloy Wheelsets. All other items processed on a Friday are still available for the faster delivery service provided by Royal Mail. 



Under Consumer Contract Regulations 2014 you can cancel your order for any reason, at any time from the moment you place your order online to 14 days from the day that you receive the goods. To cancel, complete the cancellation form here.  You’ll need the order reference number which can be found on the email we sent you confirming your order.

If you cancel the order before taking receipt of the goods, we will arrange a full refund of the purchase price against the original method of payment.

If you cancel the order once you have the goods, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of taking receipt of the goods. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods, at your expense, to the shop where you collected them.  You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in original showroom condition. On safe receipt of the goods back at the collection shop we will issue a full refund of the purchase price against the original method of payment.



Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.  This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of the goods.  If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, you do not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item.  If you are asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, then we will refund the total cost of the return.
